Who these terms apply to

This website is owned and operated by Divine International Foundation, a not for profit organisation with its office at 2nd Floor, Sai Complex, Adjacent HDFC Bank Ranipur, Haridwar 249401, Uttarakhand, India. By opening any page of this website, sending an enquiry, applying for a position or registering for a course, you accept the terms set out below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The Foundation may revise these terms when its programmes, partners or statutory obligations change. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies to that use.

Information published on this site

The pages describing the schemes, courses, centres and activities of the Foundation are provided for general information. Training programmes such as the Jan Shikshan Sansthan, the skilling missions and the digital literacy courses run under sanction from the concerned ministry, mission or awarding body, and their content, duration, batch size and eligibility conditions are fixed by those authorities rather than by the Foundation alone.

Details on this site are kept current to the best of our ability, but sanctions are renewed, guidelines are revised and centres are opened or closed from time to time. Nothing published here is an offer of admission, an offer of employment, a guarantee of placement or a guarantee that a particular batch will run. Before acting on anything you read here, confirm the position with our office in writing at info@difgroup.in or on 01334 - 221162.

Admission, registration and fees

Where a course is sponsored under a government scheme, the fee position, the stipend and the certification are governed by that scheme and by the rules of the awarding body. Any amount payable by a candidate is collected only against a receipt issued in the name of Divine International Foundation at its office or at a designated centre. The Foundation does not authorise any agent, individual or third party website to collect money on its behalf, and no payment is collected through this website.

Admission is confirmed only after the candidate submits the documents required by the scheme and satisfies the eligibility conditions laid down for it. A registration submitted through the forms on this website is a request to be considered and is not, by itself, an admission.

Use of the website

You may read, print and share the pages of this website for your own information and for lawful reference. You may not use the site to send unlawful, misleading or abusive material, to submit another person's details without their knowledge, to attempt unauthorised access to the server or the administrative area, or to interfere with the working of the site for other visitors. Submissions that appear automated or fraudulent are discarded without reply.

Intellectual property

The name Divine International Foundation, the DIF Group name, the logo, the tagline and the text, photographs and documents published on this site belong to the Foundation unless another owner is identified. Scheme names, ministry emblems and partner logos belong to the respective government departments and organisations and appear here only to identify the programmes in which the Foundation participates. You may not reproduce this material for commercial purposes, or in a way that suggests an association with the Foundation that does not exist, without written permission.

Links to other websites

This site links to government portals, awarding bodies and partner organisations so that visitors can verify scheme details at source. Those websites are maintained by their own owners. The Foundation has no control over their content, availability or privacy practices and accepts no responsibility for them.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as it stands. The Foundation does not warrant that it will be free of interruption or error, and it is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here, from delay or failure in the delivery of an enquiry, from the temporary unavailability of the site, or from any matter outside its reasonable control. Nothing in this clause limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Personal information

Details submitted through the enquiry form, the career application form and the NIELIT registration form are handled in the manner described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
