Rojgar Mela
Putting youth in employment.

Divine International Foundation organised a Rojgar Mela in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, in association with the National Skill Development Corporation. From an unemployment perspective it was a highly populated area, and almost 3500 youth took part in this Rojgar Mela.
A Rojgar Mela brings recruiting employers and job seeking youth into the same hall on the same day. Candidates register on the spot, meet company representatives across a set of counters, and are interviewed and shortlisted without having to travel to each employer separately.
