A skills development training programme of the Minority Welfare Department of Uttarakhand, under which General Duty Assistant training was imparted to minority youth.

Mukhya Mantri Hunar Yojna is a skills development training programme which is conducted by the Minority Welfare Department of Uttarakhand.

Under this programme Divine International Foundation imparted the General Duty Assistant training programme to the minority youth.
