Divine International Foundation works with corporate partners who wish to place their social spending behind livelihoods. The two areas below describe how that partnership is normally structured.
We enable and extend your social impact through end to end solutions in CSR led skilling initiatives, which include setting up skilling and livelihood centres that are co-funded or self-funded, offering multi-trade, NSQF compliant training and recognition of prior learning.
Entrepreneurship is the key to sustaining economic development, and the Foundation believes that this mode of employment needs to be taught and propagated widely in all corners of our country. Several geographies do not offer opportunity for wage employment, and entrepreneurship is the livelihood option available to the youth there.
A corporate partner brings the mandate and the funding. The Foundation brings the training infrastructure at Haridwar, the trainer pool, the sector expertise built through government skilling missions, and the field teams who mobilise candidates and follow them into placement.
The same delivery system that runs Deendayal Upadhyay Gramin Kaushal Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana and the state skilling missions is used for CSR projects, so a corporate programme is measured against the same NSQF standards and the same assessment and certification route.
