Medical education for the sustainable development of youth and community
Divine College of Medical Sciences at Shyampur Haridwar is intended to cater to the need for good medical education as a part of higher professional education, for the sustainable development of youth and the community.
Divine International Foundation has worked as a voluntary service organisation since 1997, serving leprosy patients, poor and helpless people, destitute persons and their children. In the continuation of the same thought, the trust decided to develop Divine College of Medical Sciences to cater to the deficiency in medical service.
Under the college, various courses of medical education are conducted, by which deprived people get the benefit of medical studies along with career guidance and wage employment. This can effectively intervene and help to reduce poverty, constrain inequality, and develop sustainably and peacefully into a powerful stabilising force as the world's largest and most vibrant democracy.
