The Pre training Situation: - Manisha Painuly belongs to a poor farmer family of Village koti in district Tehri Garhwal of Uttarakhand State. Her mother was unable to send her college for higher studies due to poor financial background. She always got worried about her future and wanted to become a professional.

One day she came to know about UGVS training program from her relative which was running in her own town and she’s decided to visit centre and get admission in EDP Program.

The challenges faced during Training- Since she had poor financial background, and training centre is located 30 km far from her village. To reach at centre either she had to pay 80 rupees as fare of taxi per day which was no affordable for her. She used to walk for 30 km everyday to reach at centre.

Post Training Outcome:- Her immense interest was spotted at centre and DIF Team refers her to Swami Vivekanand Academy. Since the day she is working as computer Teacher in her own town.
