The Pre training Situation: -
Anirudha belongs to middle class family who lives in kirtinagar of district tehri garhwal he always wanted to do his own work for fulfilling his dreams. So he started to take training under UGVS & ILSP Project at DIF training centre. Where he has learned basic things that needed in mushroom cultivation.
The challenges faced during Training-
Anirudha is only one son of his parent. so precisely he had to pay attention towards his family responsibilities and apart from this he also had to pay attention in training activities sometimes it has to being difficult to manage but he managed it very well.
Post Training Outcome:-
Anirudha has positive changes in his knowledge level and now he’s technically skilled for Mushroom cultivation through scientific techniques. Efficiently he is doing mushroom cultivation in very large amount in his own town.
